About
I first experienced acupuncture when I was fifteen. I didn’t know much about it then, but something about the practice felt magnetic, mysterious, ancient, and almost like a real-world form of magic. While my peers imagined becoming doctors, lawyers, or teachers, I found myself completely captivated by acupuncture. I couldn’t explain the pull at the time, but looking back, I believe the universe planted that spark in me for a reason.
Years later, I entered graduate school to study acupuncture and Chinese medicine, believing I was simply following a calling. What I didn’t expect was how deeply I would come to need the medicine myself. During that season, depression, the chronic pain of stage IV endometriosis, and nervous-system dysregulation became impossible to ignore. What had fascinated me as a teenager became one of the things that carried me through one of the darkest periods of my life.
It was also during this time that qi gong cracked something open in me. It sparked a spiritual awakening and showed me that healing is rarely linear, and that vitality is not only physical, but emotional, energetic, and spiritual. Acupuncture, qi gong, and sound healing became more than subjects I studied. They became lifelines that reconnected me to my body, my purpose, and my joy.
That lived experience shapes every treatment I offer today. I don’t see symptoms in isolation, and I don’t believe healing is only about making discomfort disappear. It is also about helping you understand your body, soften the patterns keeping you in survival mode, and reconnect with your own vitality.
Whether we are working with pain, internal health, nervous-system regulation, emotional well-being, or facial rejuvenation, the intention is the same: to help you return to yourself, grounded, radiant, and fully alive.
This path was never simply a career. It has always been my calling. It is my deepest privilege to share the medicine that helped restore me, so you can reconnect with the fullest and most luminous version of yourself.
