Membership Terms & Conditions
Memberships require a minimum three-month commitment. After the initial three-month period, memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis until paused or cancelled. Membership tiers may be adjusted at any time following the initial commitment period.
All treatment sessions must be used within the billing month and do not roll over.
Memberships are not available for direct online purchase. To enroll in a membership, please email us directly. New patients must first book a New Client Consultation. The cost of the consultation will be applied toward the first month of membership if you choose to enroll.
